Appeared an application that finds your counterparts in pictures
In early January in the annex Arts & Culture company Google There is a function “Is this your portrait in a museum?”, which compares the user's selfie with 70 to thousands of portraits and sculptures from several dozen museums, and identifies the most similar ones.

Sometimes the application produces very funny matches. For example, Caroline Weizer from New York made almost 20 selfies, but each time the application showed her the same frightening man from the picture by the Dutch painter Jan Steen.

And the Twitter user under the classicdog nickname was constantly compared to Ferenc II Rakoczy, Prince of Transylvania.

13 January Arts & Culture took first place in the ranking of free American applications AppStore. While the function “Is this your portrait in a museum?” Is available only in a few countries (in Russia there is none). And many users of social networks are very sad because of this fact.

However, some users did not need the application, they do it themselves.
