The kidnapper of a girl from Wisconsin told what he did with her in captivity 88 days

13-year-old kidnapper Jamie Kloss and her parents' murderer gave an interview in prison. He said that he loved Jamie and shared the details of what he had done with her during the three months that the girl had spent in his captivity.

On Friday, Jake Patterson called WCCO-TV reporter Jennifer Myerl after she wrote him a letter asking about the abduction case. He previously admitted that October 15 2018 of the year killed Jamie's parents and kidnapped the girl from her home in Barron, Wisconsin. Dialing the number of the reporter, he said that he made a confession, wrote Fox News.

“It’s like part of me knows that I shouldn’t talk to you. But I just didn’t want to cause any more problems,” the man, who identified himself as Patterson, said in a telephone interview.

In a 9 minute conversation, he admitted that he wanted to talk to Jamie, and he remembered how they cooked homemade food and watched TV for three months while the girl was held captive in his abandoned forest house in Barron.

“I just love her,” Patterson said. — We watched TV, played board games, talked about something. We cooked a lot - everything we ate was home-cooked, you know...”

The man admitted that “of course he regrets,” but did not specify what exactly.

Authorities арестовали Patterson in January after Jamie ran away from home 21-year-old criminal when he left. He was charged with two murders and one abduction. He told investigators that decided to steal Jamie after seeing her get on a school bus one day: “I just saw her and wanted to steal her,” he admitted.

On Feb. 28, Patterson also wrote a letter to KARE-TV reporter Lou Ragusa in which he said he planned to plead guilty and didn't want Jamie or her family to "worry about the trial."

“I can’t believe I did this,” he wrote. Patterson later added, "Looking back, I was really stupid."

Jake Patterson is expected to stand trial on March 27.

Now Jamie lives with his aunt.
