Spend your tax refund on travel: a calculator has appeared in the USA that will select you the most profitable vacation option
Kayak's Tax Refund Trip Calculator lets travelers enter their 2022 tax refund amount and turns it into a flight they can afford, reports Travel Leisure.
With the help of this calculator Kayak's search engine helps you plan your tax refund and what trip you can best spend it on.
After travelers enter the amount they received, the site will direct them to a map with directions and prices.
From there, travelers can choose what type of trip they want — like a city or beach getaway, a family trip, a romantic getaway, or something outdoors — and explore possible destinations. Customers can also narrow down their search by specifying a date range and stopover options.

“If your travel dates are flexible, you may be able to find some amazing deals using Kayak's tax refund calculator,” said Jake Bouvrie, Kayak's chief economist. “Right now, for example, you can get flights from New York to Europe for under $500 if you travel during the off-season rather than the peak summer months.”

This is the second year Kayak has had a tax refund calculator.
“Even though airfare prices are on the rise, there are many places people can go if their travel dates are flexible. The Kayak Tax Refund Calculator gives you a great overview of all the different places you can fly to within your budget (or within your tax refund, for that matter),” said a Kayak spokesperson.
