Zelda Perkins said in an interview with the Financial Times, that it violated the non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which signed 1998 of the year in October to highlight the details of the secret agreement.

If the investigation reveals violations of the rights of employees, then companies may face millions in fines.

In early October, Weinstein was fired from a company founded by him and his brother after a series of Hollywood stars accused him of sexual harassment. Among them are actresses Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow and Rose McGowan.

An investigation into the producer is already being conducted by Los Angeles and London police.
