The Embassy of Ukraine in the USA has switched to a new online appointment system
The Ukrainian Embassy in the United States announced the transition to a new system of online recording at the consular reception. The Ukrainian diplomatic agency wrote about this at your Facebook page.

“For your convenience and our efficiency, from July 1, we are switching to a new system for online registration for consular appointments (E-queue),” the message says.
Step-by-step instructions for making an appointment at the consulate at the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States are scheduled for department site:
- select country: USA;
- select institution: Embassy of Ukraine in the USA;
- select the category of consular action from the proposed menu: for example, passport issues, notarial acts, the demand for documents;
- choose the type of consular action: for example, applying for passports, the issue of citizenship and permanent residence;
- Choose an acceptable date for you to contact the embassy;
- Choose the free time in the proposed schedule for contacting the embassy.
“We would also like to remind you that the consular department of the Ukrainian Embassy in the United States is gradually restoring its work after quarantine, however, in order to minimize the risks of contracting COVID-19 while visiting a diplomatic establishment, we ask all citizens to follow the rules,” the diplomatic department said.
