On November 8, the Republican candidate, Donald Trump, won the presidential election in the United States, gaining the largest number of electoral votes, while losing to the Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in the number of votes.

Thank. Thank you all! Sorry for waiting. Difficult process. Uneasy. Thank you very much.

I just received a call from Secretary of State Clinton: she congratulated us (this is about us) on our victory. And I congratulated her and her family on taking part in a very, very competitive campaign. She fought very worthily. Hillary worked a lot for a long time, and we should give her credit for serving our state. I say this very sincerely.

Now is the time for America to tighten the wounds of separation and get together. I appeal to Republicans, Democrats and independent politicians: the time has come to unite into one single people. I assure every citizen of our country that I will be president for every American, and this is very important for me.

Those who decided not to support me, yes, there were several and such, I appeal to you for support and advice,So that we could work together and unite our great country.

As I said at the very beginning, our campaign was more like an incredible and great movement that consisted of millions of hardworking men and women who love their country and want a better future for themselves and their families. This movement, which consists of Americans of all races, religions, beliefs and the past, who want and expect that the state will serve the people. So be it.

Working together, we will begin the urgent task of rebuilding our nation and renewing the American dream.

I devoted my whole life to business, searching for people and projects with untapped potential. This is what I want to do now for our state. There is incredible potential here. I had to thoroughly explore our country - a huge potential. Every American will have the opportunity to realize their potential. And the forgotten men and women of our country will no longer be forgotten.

We will improve our cities and renew roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, schools, hospitals. We will upgrade our infrastructure, which will have no equal. And we will give work to millions of our people.

Also, we will finally take care of our veterans, who were so patient. And I met many during this 18-month period. The time I spent with them throughout this campaign was an honor. Our veterans are wonderful people.

We will launch the National Growth and Revival project. I will use the creative talents of our people, and we will look for the best and brightest in order to use their enormous talent for the common good. So be it.

We have a great economic plan. We will double our growth and get the strongest economy in the world. At the same time, we will maintain friendly relations with all countries that want the same from us. We will have a great relationship.

There is no big dream and no big task. All that we want from our future, we can achieve. America will never agree to anything but the best. We must change the fate of our country. Dream big, brave and courageous. We have to! We will dream about our state, about beautiful things, about successful things. And then dream again.

I want to reiterate to the entire world community that as long as we put America’s interests in the first place, we will act honestly in relation to all. We will look for common ground, not hostility, we will cooperate, not conflict.

And now I would like to take a moment to thank some of the people who really helped me with what they call today a historic victory.

First of all, I want to say “thank you” to my parents, who I know are looking down on me right now. Wonderful people. I learned so much from them. They were great in everything. They are truly wonderful parents. I also want to thank my sisters, Marianne and Elizabeth, who are here with us tonight. Where are they? They're here somewhere. They are actually very shy. And my brother Robert, my friend. Where is Robert? Where is Robert? My brother Robert should be on stage with us too, but everything is fine. They are beautiful. And also my late brother Fred, a great guy. Fantastic guy. Fantastic family. I was very lucky. Wonderful brothers, sisters, wonderful, incredible parents.

Melanya, Don, Ivanka, Eric, Tiffany, Barron, I love you, I am grateful to you, especially for the fact that you have passed this time with me - it was not easy! All these political things are dirty and complicated. Therefore, I want to thank my family. Thank you all. Lara, incredible work. Incredible. Vanessa, thank you. Thank you very much. Beautiful people.

You all so strongly supported me, and I will tell you that we have a lot of people here. Everyone said that we have a small headquarters, but this is a lot. Look at all these people: Gallien, Chris ... Steve, David - we have incredibly talented people in our team. And I want to especially thank Rudi Giuliani. He is incredible - he traveled with us, he was at meetings and ... Rudy never changes, where is he? State Governor Chris Christie was also good. Thank you, Chris!

The first person, the first senator, the first big-big politician, and I will tell you - he is highly respected in Washington for his mind - Senator Jeff Sessions. Where is Jeff? Wonderful person.

Another great man, a great rival, and it was not easy to compete with him ...

Who is this marathon runner? Is that Rudy? Aah, Rudy came up to us ... Another great person who is a good friend of mine, although I met him as a rival, since he was one of those who negotiated how to go against the Democrats - Dr. Ben Carson, where is Ben? And by the way, Mike Huckabee should be around here somewhere. Mike, his family, Sarah, thank you - General Mike Flynn. Where is Mike? And General Kellar.

We are supported by more than 200 generals and admirals - these are unique people, this is a great honor, very strong people.

A special person who believed in me... I read the news that we had a fight, but in fact, every second with him was a joy. A huge star, he... (someone from the crowd shouts: “Reince”) that’s right, how did you guess so! Let me tell you about Reince. Now, Reigns is a superstar, but I told him that no one will call you a superstar if we don't win. Because you are not recognized as a superstar. He won't have a bust at Belmont.

But I'll tell you what: Rains is a real star, he is a real workaholic, and to some extent I did ... Get up, where is Raines? Oh God, God, God ... It's time to shed light on this. Say a few words. Come on, say something.

Our cooperation with the RNC (Republican National Committee) has made a huge contribution to this success, to what we have done. Therefore, I must also mention the wonderful, incredible people - the people of the Secret Service. They are tough, they are smart, they are cutting, and I do not want to have any problems with them. I want to go wave to a big crowd, and they grab and throw me in the backseat, but they are wonderful people, so I want to thank the Secret Service.

Also New York law enforcement - they are here today. These are wonderful people, sometimes, unfortunately, underestimated, but we understand their value, we know what they do. They call it a historic event, but to truly make history, we have to do our job well. And I promise that I will not let you down, we will do our job perfectly.

I'm really looking forward to my presidential term, and I hope that after 2, 3, 4, and maybe even 8 years, you will say that it was worth it.

And all I can say is that when the campaign ends, our work will only begin. We are immediately going to start working for the benefit of the American people. We are going to do it so well that you are very proud of your President. Again - a great honor, a wonderful evening, beautiful 2 of the year, and I love this country. Thank. Thank you very much.
