Police arrest a resident of Florida for absenteeism at work

A resident of Florida Beverly Brooks, who worked as a nurse assistant in a local hospital, came up with an original way to skip work.

She told colleagues who called her to find out the reason for the absence that she had been kidnapped by a boyfriend.

After a call from colleagues to the police, law enforcement officers spent five hours searching for the missing 43-year-old woman.

When Beverly Brooks’s whereabouts were discovered, the woman confessed that she lied because she didn’t want to go back to work.
