Police found the missing 13 boy years ago. CNN reports that, according to the investigation, the child was kidnapped by his own father.

Julian Hernandez, under the legal care of his mother, disappeared at the age of five in Alabama in 2002. The data his father gave him proved to be invalid, and then the young man turned to a school counselor. Together they found that Julian is on the federal list of missing or abused children - this was the reason for contacting the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The security forces discovered the youngest man and his father, who lived under false names in Ohio. Together with Julian's father, Bobby Hernandez, an unnamed woman and two children lived in the house.

Bobby Hernandez is detained by Ohio State authorities. He was charged with forgery of documents - according to the investigation, in March 2012, he provided false information for obtaining a driver's license. In Alabama, he faces prosecution for kidnapping a child.
