“I think it’s not in vain that Danylyuk (Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council) and others are now making statements about revising approaches to the military-industrial complex and developing relations with foreign states. That is, we are talking about the fact that Ukraine will not only beg for weapons, but also talk about purchases and joint production. And there are great prospects here, which will be tied not only to finances, but also to the fight against corruption and other organizational issues. This is a large complex of problems that should not be perceived as just a transfer of weapons,” said Bogdan Yaremenko.

As for development resources, this is financial assistance from the United States, from the IMF, where the United States can contribute a lot.

“I would also include investment from the United States here, especially in the area that the president makes his main slogan - digitalization. This is where the US or American firms can do a lot for us. Americans also have their own interests. They also want to ensure that Ukraine reaches the level of sustainable development and can support itself, and they associate this with economic, financial, tax and social reforms, the fight against corruption, etc. That is, all these issues will be raised by the American side at different levels,” summed up Bogdan Yaremenko.
