A cell phone video taken by a passenger on an Aeroméxico plane shows agonizing seconds before and after crash plane in mexico.

“Open the door!” passengers can be heard shouting as the plane crashed.

32-year-old Ramin Parsa, who was on board the flight from Durango, Mexico to Mexico City, when he crashed shortly after taking off from the international airport, authorities said.

In a two-minute dbltj on 40 second, you can see the plane crash near the runway. Cries of children and other passengers are heard. Before the end of the video you can see how the passengers are trying to get out of the plane, which, apparently, is filled with smoke.

According to the authorities, passengers were able to evacuate on emergency aircraft slides.

“We prayed as we fled the plane. The children were crying. People had burns on their arms and legs, Parsa told NBC News on Wednesday. “It’s a miracle we’re alive.”

All 103 people on board - 99 passengers, two pilots and two flight attendants - survived. José Torres, governor of Durango state, said 49 people were in hospitals as of Tuesday afternoon.

The pilot of the aircraft, Captain Carlos Meyran, received the most serious injury: a defeat requiring surgical intervention. According to a local health worker, some of the survivors had burns to the fourth part of the body.

"We had to jump"

Passenger Jacqueline Flores described the moment when she realized that something was wrong.

“When we were in the air, it seemed that the plane would even out, but it fell to the ground,” she told AFP.

“I think we fell on the runway because it was a hard surface, and then we slipped to the ground while it [the plane - ed. Forum Daily] didn’t stop,” the 47-year-old said. “I unfastened my seat belt, saw the flames and realized that we needed to jump. There was a hole next to us. “I told my girlfriend, ‘We should jump over here,’ and we jumped.”

A local politician, Romulo Campusano, said he was "very lucky because he was able to get out of the main door." He said that the door was torn off and lay next to the plane.

“I walked away from the plane, turning around to see if other passengers were leaving, it started to rain heavily, which helped put out the fire,” he said.

E-190 is part of a family of twin-engine narrow-body airliners of medium range produced by the Brazilian company Embraer.

The series was announced at the end of 1990's, mass production began in 2002. To date, more than 500 aircraft of the E-190 type have been produced.
