Passenger Delta arranged a riot on board the aircraft and pounced on the air marshal

Sarah Maria Beach, a Delta 45-year-old passenger who flew from London to Salt Lake City, turned the serving trolley for spirits, ran down the aisle and splashed out a glass of coffee, and then jumped onto the back of an air marshal who was responsible for safety on board the aircraft writes Daily News.

The woman “prevented the flight by performing numerous actions,” and on Friday she was charged with committing an offense and attacking an air marshal.

Passenger Martin Nichols, who flew the same flight, said that he saw a woman "running down the aisle," and then turned and ran the other way.

He added that passengers were worried. “I thought we were more than 30 thousand above sea level. What if she tries to open the plane door?,” the man recalls.

After she walked around the cabin, she sat down next to the air marshal. He took the woman to the toilet three times. After the third time, “she jumped on the back of one of the air marshals and grabbed the man’s neck, head and face,” court documents say.

The second marshal pulled her back and put handcuffs in which the woman stayed until the end of the flight.

Beach is an American citizen but lives in London. She could end up in federal prison if the court orders such an order. Melody Rydalch, spokeswoman for the US Attorney's Office, said in a statement.

Now the woman was sent to a psychiatric examination.
