Delta Airlines passenger suing company due to diarrhea and impotence
Airline passenger Delta Air Lines sued the carrier for injuring himself about the needle, which was in the pocket of the seat in the front, writes TMZ.
The incident occurred aboard a plane from Los Angeles to Atlanta in 2015. Gabriel Ibarra, the injured passenger, had to take the wallet from the seat pocket. The moment he took it out, a needle dug into his finger. When he took it out of his finger, the wound began to bleed profusely.
Upon arrival, the passenger went to the doctor and was shocked that he would have to take an HIV test within a year. In addition, he was prescribed powerful medicines to make sure that no infection or viruses were transmitted to him through the needle.
Such a strong therapy did not pass without leaving a trace for the man’s body. He started having dizziness, headache, body aches and "explosive diarrhea."
In addition, he suffered from impotence for some time.
The court does not speak about the results of the HIV test; they were probably negative.
The carrier has not yet commented on this information.
In May Delta Air Lines faced a scandal when a Californian couple claimed that they were kicked out of a voyage in the past Delta Air Lines with two young children after they refused to give place to one of their children, for which they paid.
