A pair from Indiana came to win a thousand dollars and got a million

In Indiana, a couple of Cindy and Steve Uli came to the lottery bureau Hoosier for winning $ 1000, but received $ 1 million, writes UPI.

Cindy was interviewed about her victory when her husband noticed that there were twice as many zeros in the issued check than was expected.

“It’s not $1000,” he said.

Cindy said she plays Powerball twice a week for many years and, sorting out the table, I found the winning ticket bought by 23 September.

Powerball - lottery tickets are sold in 44 US states. According to its conditions, during the game, a choice of six numbers from two blocks is made: five different numbers from the first block (white balls) and one number from another block (red balls). The jackpot is played when all six numbers match, but you can also win when five numbers match from the first block. The ticket price is a few dollars.
