Great Place to Work: 5 Best Companies in the US According to Employees

When a person gets a job, he wants to get into the best team and the best boss. Edition Fox Business has compiled a list of the 5 best companies to work in the United States.

When it comes to the best companies in the United States, Hilton comes first.

The chain of hotels and resorts took first place in the list of 100 best companies according to Great Place To Work and received more than four out of five stars on Glassdoor. About 80% of employees say that they would recommend the company to a friend, while another 93% of employees are very pleased with their CEO Christopher Nassett.

“Hilton's culture is what makes me proud to work here,” one Tennessee employee wrote about the brand.

To make a list of the best places to work in the United States, Great Place To Work asked workers to answer more than 60 questions about their company, including questions such as benefits and workplace culture. Approximately 85% of evaluations are based on what employees think about their work, including their views on company values, the ability to bring new ideas and the effectiveness of their leaders.

1. Hilton

• Employees who say this is a great place to work: 96%
• Number of Employees: 55 281

Hilton is a hospitality company with nearly 5900 properties in 114 countries and territories.

2. Ultimate software

• Employees who say this is a great place to work: 97%
• Number of Employees: 5 099

This firm provides enterprises with cloud-based human capital management solutions, including HR, payroll, HR and time tracking software.

3. Wegman's

• Employees who say this is a great place to work: 94%
• Number of Employees: 49 018

This supermarket chain has 100 stores across the country that, in addition to selling products, provide food preparation and delivery services.

4 Cisco

• Employees who say this is a great place to work: 98%
• Number of Employees: 38 990

Cisco offers hardware and software that enables companies and employees to network together.

5. Workday

• Employees who say this is a great place to work: 93%
• Number of Employees: 8 552

Workday offers financial management, human capital management and analytics for a wide range of enterprises, educational institutions and government agencies.
