Voluntary denial of carriage

If you agree to cancel your ticket, you automatically voluntarily give up the benefits mentioned above that your air carrier must offer you:

• offer you the option to take the next flight;
• offer you a departure for another date convenient for you;
• refund the full cost of the unused ticket.

Remember that if the air carrier calls on volunteers to refuse their tickets, then those passengers who do not want to refuse, but who are still refused to be transported, are referred to those who were forcedly refused.
