A hotel in Las Vegas, from which a 58 man was shot dead, sued the victims
The company MGM Resorts International, which owns the Mandalay Bay Hotel, from whose window 2017 was killed in October 58 and injured about 500 people, sued the victims of mass execution.
Thus, the company is trying to block any potential claims against him for the payment of compensation to the victims of the shooting, reports Bloomberg.
The owner of Mandalay Bay claims that the 2002 federal law of the year exempts any company that implements “anti-terrorism technologies” to ensure security from such liability, and according to him, the hotel does.
