According to their data, residents of Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Oregon and Virginia are the most stressed.

In Idaho, E. coli symptoms were most often googled. This is not surprising, the researchers note, since last year the state experienced an outbreak of the disease.

In Utah, people are most often looking for ways to cope with morning sickness, in New York with insomnia, in Vermont with a cold, in Oklahoma with the flu, in South Dakota with headaches, in Alaska with snoring, in New Jersey they are interested in lucid dreams, in Florida - looking for information about nasal congestion, in South Carolina and Wisconsin, residents most often worried about the color of the chair, and in California, many residents are worried about sweaty palms.

Researchers examined Google Trends inquiries, compiled a database of the most common symptoms in search, ran them through Google Trends in each state, and found out which of them had the highest level of search.

The Medicare Health Plans note that the results show that many people asked Google about these diseases, but this does not mean that most people on the staff are interested in these symptoms.

In addition to stress, many were interested in flu symptoms. The authors of the study note that this is not surprising, since during the flu season 2017-2018, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention distributed 155,3 million vaccines against the disease.
