The list of the highest paid specialties in the USA is published.

Mondo, a company specializing in high-tech staff recruitment, has published a report on the demand for and cost of hiring IT specialists of various professions. The authors of the information website Business Insider have published the most highly paid specialties.

The absolute maximum can be obtained by the Director of Information Security - up to 214 000 dollars per year, or 18 830 dollars per month. For this money, the specialist will have to protect the company from hacker attacks, timely find and fix “holes” in corporate applications. An error of an employee of this level can cost millions of dollars.

Second place in the cost of hiring and 200 000 dollars a year went to the profession of chief database engineer. Such a specialist leads a team in companies that provides a link between high technology, marketing and business units. His subordinates receive up to 171 000 dollars a year.

The Vice President of Information Technology is responsible for the internal infrastructure and is estimated at up to 178 000 dollars annually. In Russia, most of the responsibilities are usually performed by a person in whose workbook the “senior system administrator” is listed.

Within 172 000 - 177 000 dollars per year can be received by representatives of eight IT professions at once - from a project manager to mobile developers and interface designers.

Least of all, up to 169 000 dollars, a security systems manager can earn annually. Most often, the representatives of this profession are subordinate to the most expensive specialist from the presented rating - the director of information security.

In February, 2014 was published ranking of the most attractive professions in the United States. Then the three leaders included representatives of two IT-specialties - developers of mobile applications and analytics of computer systems.
