Published a shocking video of shooting at Kerch college

Explosion and shooting people in the Kerch Polytechnic College captured the cameras of the educational institution, reports RIA News.

The video was originally published by Vesti.Krym. A few hours later, the video was deleted from the Vesti, Vesti.ru and Vesti.Krym websites, as well as from the YouTube channel. The Vesti.ru website still has a note about the video from surveillance cameras, but without a link to the video itself.

“...Children definitely shouldn’t see this. It would be better if no one ever saw this. But after the tragedy there are so many rumors, speculations, assumptions and it is so important to know the truth that the editors of the Crimean Vesti decided to publish these footage,” the message said.

However, many users managed to copy the video, so the shocking footage is still available on social networks. The recording shows Vladislav Roslyakov walking into the college building, carrying a backpack and a large bag. He's wearing a T-shirt with the word "Hate" on it, covered up by a black windbreaker. It does not pass through the main entrance, but through a spare one, where there are no metal detectors or a watchman. Walks freely and goes up to the second floor. There he greets the young man, and for some time they walk along the corridor together. A little later, Roslyakov is again visible in the footage, but without a bag, only with a backpack. It is not clear where he left the bag with the gun and smoke bombs, but the same young man stands behind him for some time, looking around.

“Roslyakov places the backpack on the table in the corridor and, apparently, cocks the bomb mechanism. Afterwards he goes down to the hall on the first floor near the turnstile. He sits on a bench near the buffet and waits. A little later he gets up and looks at his phone, perhaps checking the time. He goes into the buffet and almost immediately comes out without a backpack,” reads the explanation for the video.

Then Roslyakov quickly rises to the second floor. On the way, he takes off his jacket.

“There's an explosion. You can see how powerful the charge was: the doors fly apart like light plywood. Children are running, the wounded are visible. At this time, Roslyakov was already on the second floor with a gun in his hands. Walks calmly towards the teacher. The next shot is of a woman lying on the floor. Roslyakov moves further along the corridor and meets a guy and shoots. He is wounded and tries to escape. The second shot - he falls. Roslyakov approaches the man lying down and fires another shot,” the report says.

After that, the killer wanders aimlessly through the empty building, shoots at the windows, fire extinguisher, shoots monitors in a computer class. There is no suicide on this record.

Psychotherapist and psychiatrist Mikhail Baryshev analyzed the behavior of the Kerch killer, writes Ren.tv.

“The man made a firm decision: to sort it out, destroy it, punish it. He feels himself (he is armed, and everyone is unarmed) as a great superman: better, stronger. People are afraid, and this gives him a special courage, which can be seen in the footage. What attracts him? What makes him act? Hatred. Hatred for all living things that are there,” the specialist explains Roslyakov’s actions.

According to a psychiatrist, it is very difficult to believe that a 18-year-old student carried out an attack alone.

“Surely someone helped him, someone who knows how to do everything.”- added on.

At the same time, according to Baryshev, Roslyakov himself, most likely, easily succumbed to the influence. This contributed to the unfavorable situation in his family. So, the father and mother divorced for a long time, and the teenager himself was withdrawn and uncommunicative.

Recall, October 17 at the Kerch Polytechnic College shooting and explosion of an improvised explosive device. According to the latest data, 21 man died, more than 50 were injured. Among the dead were 14 students - 10 boys and 4 girls, 6 of them minors. A criminal case was opened under the article “Terrorist attack”, but then reclassified to the article about the murder of two or more persons.

The investigative committee suspects the 18-year-old student Vladislav Roslyakov, who after the crime committed suicide. His body was found in the library on the second floor, the motives of the incident are being investigated.

It is known that about a month ago Roslyakov legally obtained a weapon permit, collected the necessary documents and was examined by a psychiatrist.
