Hollande announced a new meeting of the "Norman Four"

French President Francois Hollande said after the EU summit last Thursday, February 12, that the leaders of the "Norman Four" plan to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements next week by phone, and in a few weeks they can meet in person. His words transmits RIA Novosti.

“We thought that if the cease-fire was going to be carried out according to plan, that is, with 00: 00 Sunday, then at least a telephone conference would need to be held next week,” said Hollande.

On February 12, the leaders of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine, the so-called “Norman Quartet,” held talks in Minsk, which resulted in the signing of two documents containing a set of measures to overcome the military conflict in Ukraine. In particular, the parties agreed on a cease-fire with February 15, on the breeding of heavy military equipment and artillery.
