The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced in a press release that during the COVID-19 pandemic, measures were being taken to assist applicants and petitioners who respond to Requests for Evidence — RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) dated between March 1 and May 1, 2020.
For applicants and petitioners receiving an RFE or NOID dated between March 1 to May 1, 2020, USCIS will consider any responses before any action is submitted within 60 calendar days after the response deadline specified in the RFE or NOID.
