Several companies have banned employees from using ChatGPT: why AI is dangerous

One of the largest banks in the USA Wells Fargo also does not allow the use of ChatGPT to avoid privacy issues with third party software vendors. However, the bank is exploring ways for its employees to use the chatbot.

Company Northrop Grumman, which deals with sensitive defense issues, said in March it would not share its data with third parties until tools such as AI-powered bots were tested and found safe to use.
