Another tragedy struck on the set where Baldwin killed a Ukrainian cameraman
A worker closing the set of Alec Baldwin's film Rust was bitten by a poisonous spider. Now the victim may lose his arm, reports New York Post.
A production worker on Alec Baldwin's tragically acclaimed film Rust was bitten by a poisonous spider while helping shut down the set after a fatal accidental shooting - and now may lose his arm.
Light operator and pipe fitter Jason Miller was bitten by a venomous brown recluse spider while helping to complete production after Baldwin shot and killed cinematographer Galina Hutchins on October 21.
The JustGiving fundraising page states that Miller experienced hand necrosis and sepsis from the bite.

“He has been hospitalized and undergone multiple surgeries as doctors do everything they can to stop the infection and try to save his arm from amputation,” the page reads.
It is feared that “in worse circumstances he will lose his arm,” the page says.
Baldwin accidentally shot filmmaker Galina Hutchins and wounded director Joel Sousa with a weapon he thought was unloaded at the time.

News of Miller's ill health comes amid reports that the team responsible for guns on set were "disturbingly dangerous, immature and irresponsible."
