More than 500 people fell ill on Royal Caribbean cruises

On board Royal Caribbean more than 500 passengers suffered from gastrointestinal disease, causing the 5 man to be hospitalized.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are tracking reports of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract on ships sailing from foreign ports in the United States.
