“I told them that I just stand with a blank slate and don’t call for anything. In fact, there is nothing to detain and draw up a report for. They said that they understand this perfectly,” Kondratyev said.
Kondratyev was taken to the police station in the Kitai-Gorod district, but was later released without drawing up a report. According to him, the police “didn’t know what to do” with him after his arrest.
