On rosy girls and kickbacks: what do the candidates for deputies in Russia write in financial statements

Interesting expenses appeared in the financial reports of the four candidates of the LDPR party in Moscow: instead of the lines “public events” and “information and consulting services”, it was stated “for ruddy girls” and “extortion and kickbacks”. About this wrote “Новая газета».

“The guys downloaded this form on some website,” said LDPR deputy in the State Duma Boris Chernyshov. — Someone shared a link to a sample financial report form. They downloaded the document and did not look at the last points and went to register first.”

However, before this comment, on VK's social network, on the official page of the LDPR party, another reason was written - “hacking into the mail of our organizational department”.

The commission, meanwhile, was trying to figure out this situation, since the other candidates do not have such errors.

“We interviewed candidates, many said that they didn’t receive such a newsletter, from which we conclude that it wasn’t, just the candidates themselves brought such a [wrong] financial report,” said Sergey Dobrynin, head of the Moscow office of headquarters, adding the party sent information to candidates, what documents they need to collect for submission to the election commission.

Interestingly, after 30 minutes after talking about hacking mail with reporters, the message on the social network disappeared.

However, all four candidates were successfully registered. The territorial election commission explained that the documents have already been replaced.

Elections of municipal deputies in Moscow will be held on September 10. Reception of documents from candidates for deputies officially ended on July 24.
