The manager of the Hilton hotel in Tennessee broke into the guest's room at night and sucked his toes
The man, who arrived in Nashville on March 30 on business, decided to spend the night at the Hilton hotel in the city center. He woke up around 5 a.m. to find 52-year-old hotel night manager David Patrick Neal sucking his toes, reports Dailymail.
The guest said he screamed and called the police. Neal later said he used the spare key to enter the room because he smelled smoke, although police reports note that he did not tell anyone about it at the time.
Neil, who has a long list of charges that involve manslaughter of his roommate in the 1990s, was arrested and charged with burglary and aggravated assault.
A guest named Peter Brennan sued Neal for sexual harassment.
He said that upon waking up in the hotel, he immediately recognized Neil because the manager had come into the room the previous night to fix the TV.
When the police arrived, Neil admitted to using a spare key to access the room, but threw it away after he was caught.
Psychological trauma
The guest said he was horrified by the incident and it destroyed his sense of security.
“Your whole life you just have this sense of security and this sense of peace, right? It's not like when you're on a hike and you have to kind of keep one eye open,” he said. “You have this security that is yours and when you close your eyes you feel like you're safe and you're protected and that was a complete violation of my boundaries.”
“I was just so, so shocked. It was: “Who are you? Why are you in my room? It was like a dream, some kind of nightmare. It just didn't make sense. Why is this man touching me? He talked to me but didn’t give me any significant answers,” the victim said.

Brennan, an Air Force lieutenant and former intelligence officer, says he now has trouble sleeping.
“I have trouble sleeping – I go through post-traumatic stress and go to a therapist,” he explained.
When Brennan reported this to Hilton security, he stated that they "didn't seem to take his complaint seriously." He then called the local police, who are now investigating the incident.
Feeling insecure and vulnerable, Brennan cut his business trip short and returned home to Texas.
The victim's lawyer, Michael Fisher, said he was appalled that Hilton hired someone like Neil for a job where he would have unlimited access to guest rooms.
“Multiple counts of forgery, drunk driving, and a manslaughter conviction and jail time,” Fisher said.
“When Hilton hired this person, they should have known. They should do a background check so they know who they are hiring,” the lawyer said.
After the arrest, Neil was detained. He did not post the $27 bail.
In 1996, Neil was charged with second-degree manslaughter for shooting his roommate during a fight.
