Melanya Trump attracted a lawyer to prove the legality of his move to the US

The wife of US presidential candidate Donald Trump Melanya published a letter from her immigration lawyer answering the question of whether she followed the immigration law when she came to the United States in 1996.
“I am pleased to release a letter from my immigration lawyer stating with 100% confidence that I completed the legal process upon arrival in the United States,” Melania Trump wrote on her microblog in Twitterwhere published a photo letter.

“Contrary to published reports, Mrs. Trump was never employed in the United States in 1995 because she was not in the United States in 1995,” the letter said.
The lawyer emphasized that, according to the documents, Melania Trump’s first entry into the United States was made on August 27, 1997, on a visitor visa, and on October 18, 1996, she received a work visa to work as a model. Thereafter, her work visa was regularly extended or renewed between 1996 and 2001, leading to her green card.
The lawyer explained that the US work visa for citizens of Slovenia is issued for a year, so Melanya Trump received five such visas, and not one for a three-year period, as some media have assumed.
According to the lawyer, the statement that Melania was filmed in an erotic photo shoot in New York in 1995 was not true, since documents show that her first entry into the United States took place in August 1996.
The lawyer also clarified that, according to Melanya Trump, the photo session took place in October 1996.
He added that in 2001, Mrs. Trump received a green card not because of her marriage to Donald Trap, but as a “promising model,” according to a lawyer, she became a US citizen in 2006.
