A teenager from Ohio, who disappeared more than a year ago after witnessing the murder of his father, was found alive.

15-year-old Jacob Caldwell was found on Monday, August 27, near 23: 30 in the basement of the house in 40 miles from Miami Township. Police found a teenager after an anonymous call, which led to Jacob, who lives with four extraneous adults.
Jacob disappeared 21 August 2017, six days after they and his brothers and sisters witnessed the murder of their father, Robert Caldwell, who was shot dead in an office building.
The teenager was last seen on a video surveillance recording when he stood outside Walmart. The police were worried about the safety of the 14-year-old child and suspected that he was being held against his will. They also believed that he was in Ohio or Kentucky.
Last week, new billboards about the missing boy appeared along the road, after which an anonymous call was made to the police.

The day after the discovery of the boy, the police said that Jacob had no signs of violence or retention against his will in the basement, where he was found.
According to police chief Michael Brown, Jacob was taken to Green Detention Center for minors in Green County in Bivercreek. He was charged with other non-flight charges. The police will file charges against adults who may have helped the boy hide.
