A cruise ship in Florida interfered with the launch of a SpaceX rocket: an investigation has been launched against it
The US Coast Guard launched an investigation after a Royal Caribbean cruise ship sailed too close to the SpaceX launch site on January 31, causing the launch to be aborted, reports INSIDER.

The operator canceled the mission about 30 seconds before the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket was due to take off on the evening of January 31 because the cruise ship approached a restricted area near the launch pad.
“We can confirm that the cruise ship was the Harmony of the Seas,” said U.S. Coast Guard spokesman David Micallef. “The Coast Guard is actively investigating the cruise ship incursion and the SpaceX launch delay.”
Port Canaveral CEO John Murray said it was "a separate incident that happened outside of our control." Murray confirmed that the Coast Guard is conducting a full investigation into the situation.

According to the company's website, the Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas cruise ship is 362m long, 65m wide and can accommodate more than 6600 guests on 18 decks.
The January 31 attempt marked the fourth day in a row that SpaceX has unsuccessfully attempted to launch the second-generation FM2 COSMO-SkyMed mission into space.

SpaceX eventually sent the rocket into orbit on February 1st.
