Kremlin invites Russians to rest with Hugo Chavez

The head of the Russian presidential administration, Sergei Ivanov, said that Western sanctions cannot be called “international isolation,” but suggested that Russians, among other things, vacation in Latin America, Asia and Africa.

“The world is not limited to Western Europe, the USA, Canada and several other countries. Other countries and regions are open to us. Asia, Africa, Latin America. And you can go there on vacation and trade with them,” Ivanov said in interview TASS.
