The spectacular 40 m2 resort will include a wellness center, conference center, restaurants, nightclub and more focused on areas such as space tourism, hospitality and technology. It will also include 300 private residences called "Sky Villas" available for purchase. And, in fact, everything is within a vast territory in the form of a lunar crater.
“Approximately 300 apartments will be available for purchase, with owners becoming members of an exclusive private club on the Moon,” said project co-creator Michael Henderson.
It is assumed that representative offices of various space agencies will be opened on the Moon, and special centers for training future astronauts will be equipped inside the building. high-tech. In addition, they promise to launch a "lunar shuttle" inside the earth's satellite.
