Congressman bought silence victim harassment for 27 000 dollars

Democrat Congressman John Conyers sexually harassed an employee, which led to her illegal reduction and subsequent repurchase, reports the publication BuzzFeedwhich has judicial documents.

According to the publication, Conyers is accused of having repeatedly made sexual signs of attention to employees.

One woman filed a lawsuit in 2014, claiming that she was fired because she did not "give in to [his] sexual hints."

The woman signed a non-disclosure agreement in exchange for $ 27 111, 75, writes BuzzFeed.

Conyers then pleaded not guilty.

Some of the claims in the lawsuit received Buzzfeedinclude the following:

• Conyers repeatedly asked for sexual services and asked an employee to join him in a hotel room.

Other employees signed affidavits that confirmed the suit of the woman.

One of the written testimonies from another employee argued that part of her work was to manage the affairs of women who, in her opinion, were dealing with a congressman.
