How to reach a consultant?
- First select the language.
- Then select option 2 for Personal income tax.
- Then press 1 for Question already submitted.
- Then press 3 for All other questions. Do not enter anything when asked for SSN or EIN.
- Instead, wait for the next prompt and press 2 for Personal and individual questions.
- Finally press 4 for All other inquiries.
