Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) has bought 29,6 million common shares totaling $ 622 million. As American journalists say, QIA's investment in real estate worldwide reaches $ 40 billion.
The Empire State Building was built in 1931. For several decades, the building was the tallest in New York and in the world. In total, this legendary skyscraper has 102 floors. The basement part, where the lobby is located, has a height of 5 floors - which is natural, given the size of the building. The skyscraper tower itself rises to the 86th floor and has a classic wedding cake shape with rectangular ledges.
