Quarantine tourism: Egypt launches online walks through tombs and temples
The Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities, which protects and preserves the country's historical and cultural heritage, has launched a series of free online trips to tombs and other famous buildings in Egypt. The ministry publishes links to tours on social networks, supplementing them with hashtags #StayHome, writes "Favorites".

Virtual tours are 3D-models of rooms, composed of many pictures. You can view the tombs in the same way as the streets on Google maps.
A virtual copy of the structure allows you to freely move around, zoom in on the camera and view even the smallest details, while other visitors will not interfere with you.
Eight locations are available for visiting:
