The Californian killed three people and said that 'Kylie Jenner ordered him to do it'

California man killed three people because he believed Kylie Jenner "told him to do it." Now he will spend the rest of his life in prison. Writes about it Independent.

Marvin Magallanes was convicted of killing Sabah Alsaad, 49, and Onosai Tavita, 52, two homeless men he stabbed to death in 2016 and 2017, respectively. And 27-year-old Danny Fama Magallanes strangled in their joint prison cell.

The Aug. 25 verdict by Orange County Superior Court Judge Kimberly Menninger followed Magallanes' "not guilty by reason of insanity" defense claim, which unsuccessfully argued that he had mental health problems. Magallanes allegedly believed that Kylie Jenner "told him to kill the victims" because "someone was trying to steal his life."

A prison guard said that Magallanes suffered from a "split personality". Family members supported him citing erratic behavior after he separated from his high school sweetheart and the mother of his child.

The defense said Magallanes firmly believed he was in a relationship with Kylie Jenner and even drove through the gate of her house in April 2016. He was sentenced to ten years in prison for that offense.

The court learned that Tavita was killed early in the morning while sleeping behind a restaurant in October 2016. About three months later, Magallanes killed Alsaad, who was sleeping on a bench at a bus stop.

Magallanes confessed to killing Alsaad to the Anaheim Police Department in May 2017 and killed Pham, his cellmate, weeks after his arrest.

In her statement, Sister Fama told the court that Magallanes' actions had traumatized her for life.

“Every day is a struggle and a constant reminder of my brother's absence,” she confessed. “When I sat in court and listened to the evidence against Marvin Magallanes, I couldn’t believe he didn’t show any signs of remorse.”

Magallanes was sentenced to two life terms in prison without parole for the murders of the homeless and 15 years for the murder of Pham.
