How Ukrainians are trying to transfer materials about corruption schemes Biden in the US
Former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin and current Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko could have leaked dirt to Donald Trump about his potential competitor in the 2020 presidential election, Democrat Joe Biden.
In the United States launched a new presidential campaign. Elections in the 2020 year, but the struggle between the candidates is already well underway, recalls Correspondent with reference to BuzzFeed.
The main opponent of the current president of Donald Trump may be former Vice President Joe Biden.
Biden is known for his serious involvement in Ukrainian politics. At the time of Barack Obama, it was he who was responsible for the actions against Kiev.
Now, according to BuzzFeed and the OCCRP journalism consortium for investigating corruption and organized crime, Ukrainian officials could “dump” dirt on Biden to Donald Trump.

The essence of compromising
BuzzFeed and OCCRP conducted a special investigation into how compromising Biden might have been in Trump’s hands.
The brightest episode in Biden’s Ukrainian history is the dismissal of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin in 2016. Biden calls Shokin a corrupt official and admits that Washington has directly demanded his resignation. The American politician recalled that he was saying to the leadership of Ukraine: “Either this c * son leaves, or you do not receive a billion financial aid.” After that, according to Biden, Shokin was fired.
The former Prosecutor General of Ukraine has his own version of events. He claims that Ukrainian prosecutors investigated the connection of Biden’s political activities and his son’s work in the company, which was owned by the Minister of Environment of Ukraine during the times of President Viktor Yanukovych Nikolai Zlochevsky. Allegedly, the employment of his son was a bribe for American patronage for the company.
In March 2019, Prosecutor General Lutsenko, in a television interview with one of the American channels, hinted that Shokin’s dismissal was related to the case of the Burisma company, where the son of former US Vice President Joe Biden Hunter worked. According to Lutsenko, the case contained materials that members of the board of directors of Burisma, which included Biden’s son, received $17 million. This does not mean, the head of the GPU emphasized, that they knew about the “dark origin” of this money.
Lobbyists scheme
Journalists found out that American businessmen Igor Fruman and Lev Parnas, who had emigrated from the USSR, acted as unofficial lobbyists who had organized a campaign to discredit presidential candidate Joe Biden.
Parnassus told reporters that in the winter of 2019, he arranged talks with Rudi Giuliani, the personal attorney of US President Donald Trump, with Shokin over Skype. Then, with the participation of Fruman and Parnassus, two meetings of Giuliani were organized with the current head of the GPU, Yury Lutsenko, in New York and Warsaw.
As the authors of the investigation found out, in May, Giuliani met in Paris with Deputy Lutsenko Nazar Kholodnitsky and received a guarantee of readiness to testify in court if necessary.
The topic of conversation was the materials of the investigating authorities of Ukraine in the case of Burisma and the role of Biden in it.

Journalists also believe that Parnas and Fruman were involved in the recall of US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch. In May, they met with Republican Congressman Pete Sessions, who shortly thereafter wrote a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, accusing him of Jovanovic. Sessions and Giuliani argued that the diplomat in private conversations expressed disrespect for the current US administration.
The lobbyists’ plans also included organizing contact between Giuliani and the new President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky. As a result, they never met - Giuliani said that there were Trump’s enemies in the Ukrainian leader’s circle.
Why do it?
Parnas in a conversation with Buzzfeed and the OCCRP assured that he acted as a US patriot and a fan of President Trump.
Experts with whom the journalists spoke, believe that during contacts with Ukrainian officials, Parnas and Fruman violated the American Foreign Agents Act (FARA), according to which they were required to register as lobbyists.
Parnassus and Fruman are American businessmen related to the charitable organization American Friends of Anatevka. Anativka - a settlement built in the Kiev region for Jewish immigrants from the east of Ukraine, funded by the Jewish community.
As ForumDaily wrote earlier:
- Biden's corruption ties in Ukraine not only led to the dismissal of the country's Prosecutor General, but could also be part of the idea of Donald Trump’s ties with Russia, which resulted in a lengthy and costly investigation, which ultimately concluded that there was no conspiracy. For more details about the transactions of Biden’s son in Ukraine and his father’s schemes, read on link.
- After electing a new president of Ukraine, Trump Rudy’s personal lawyer Giuliani intended to visit Kiev, to discuss the investigation of the involvement of Ukraine in the campaign defaming Trump and the intervention of Ukrainian officials in the US presidential election on the side of the Democrats.
- However, shortly after planning a trip, Giuliani announced that canceled visit because of “Trump's enemies” surrounded by Zelensky.
- A team of elected president of Ukraine said that Giuliani “misled”, And blamed the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.
- Earlier, Giuliani has repeatedly stated that the origins of the idea of Trump's conspiracy with Russia, which eventually turned out to be fake, can be in Ukraine. And in the process of creating this idea, not the last role was played by the administration of Barack Obama and personally by the Vice-President Joe Biden, who tried to cover up his son's corruption equipment in Ukraine.
- Despite the fact that the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies have collected a large amount of information about violations and corruption of democrats, American investigative agencies have so far showed no interest to this data.
