How to come up with an unusual resume and get a job

1. For her job at the advertising agency McCann Worldwide, graduate Jade Delaney turned herself into a copy of the Fearless Girl statue, installed in New York in support of women's desire to pursue financial careers. Before this, Jade sent a letter to the director of the agency, where she told about herself and her intention to stand in front of the entrance to the agency building, painting herself with gold paint. The performance was accompanied by the caption “I know the power of women in advertising.” The girl stood there for two hours and received the coveted offer of a paid internship.
2. Student-designer from France, Viktor Petit, sent digital photos and advertising agencies his photo, where instead of the mouth - QR-code. When scanning you get to videowhere you can see only the mouth of the designer, telling why he should get a job.
In order to see the full face of the speaking candidate, you need to place the phone on the portrait. “I tried to create a resume that would allow me to express myself auditorily. The combination of a piece of paper and a QR code seemed to me the best way to achieve this goal,” says Victor. The designer was only looking for an internship, but ended up receiving job offers.
3. How do you get the idea to release the medicine named for yourself as a business card?
Freelance copywriter John Ryder developed a fake cure and mailed it to creative agencies. Inside the box was a “information sheet,” an alternative to a traditional resume. It stated that the drug could be used for the “short-term treatment of acute creative pain.”

4. New York designer and illustrator Robbie Leonardi has repeatedly received awards for his work. He embodied his creative way in online gamewhich replaces his resume.

This approach demonstrates not only Robbie's out-of-the-box thinking, but also his technical and performing skills.
