16-year-old American singer Jackie Ivanko agreed to the proposal of the elected US President Donald Trump to perform the national anthem of the country at the ceremony of his inauguration.

Mother of the young star Lisa Ivanko reported that Donald Trump personally called Jackie’s manager to invite her to sing January 20.

“Jackie Ivanko will perform the national anthem at the 58 presidential inauguration ceremony. She is a true role model and source of inspiration for young people around the world. Jackie personifies the best and brightest in America, ”the Trump team said in an official statement.

This will not be the girl’s first performance for an American president - in 2010, during the lighting of the US National Tree lights by Barack Obama, then 10-year-old Jackie performed Adolphe Adam’s famous composition “O Holy Night.”

“I'm so worried. It will be amazing! It’s a great honor to get the opportunity to perform in front of the president again,” the 16-year-old singer admitted after being invited to sing at Trump’s inauguration.
