How to return products purchased on Amazon for free
Every buyer has the right to return the goods he bought on Amazon, but it will not be free.

Returning most merchandise purchased at Amazon is not free, contrary to what many customers believe. While going through the return process to Amazon.com, the company clearly explains what it will deduct when returning the shipping cost, writes Business Insider.
Otherwise, customers will have to send the goods back to Amazon for their own money.
In any case, the return of most used goods is not free. Amazon will pay for this process only if the reason for the return is its own error, for example, if the product was broken during delivery, but not if the customer simply changed his mind.
Regarding the amount Amazon will charge when returning the goods, the returns page on Amazon.com explains this in the following way: “Return shipping cost estimates are based on standard shipping costs. If the return is not the result of our mistake, the estimated return shipping charges will be shown when returning to the customer. ”
Items upon return can be grouped together, even if they were not purchased at the same time.
How to avoid payment when returning
There is a way to avoid paying return shipping charges upon return. Amazon offers free returns for certain product categories, such as clothing, jewelry, and accessories.
In addition, Amazon offers a free refund for all products ordered through the Alexa voice shopping platform. According to the Amazon.com reference page, the return shipping fee for such returns will be charged as usual, but then will be refunded to the buyer within seven days from the date of return.
This makes sense because it removes the concern of customers that they may accidentally order something while using Alexa and not be aware of it until the goods are delivered to them.
Therefore, when ordering a product that, in your opinion, you may want to return later, be sure to order it through Alexa in order to have a chance for a free return.
