Old Farmer's Almanac makes its long-term forecasts based on its own methods of analyzing solar and lunar cycles, folk signs and other factors.
The publication writes that the weather will be warm and humid in most parts of the country. And those living in the Great Lakes region should prepare for late snowfalls due to cold April weather.
