IRS extends registration deadline for quarantine assistance
If you haven't received federal coronavirus assistance yet, the IRS has extended the registration deadline by five weeks. Details are reported by the edition USA Today.

The IRS announced that the new deadline to register for the payment is November 21st, up from October 15th.
“We took this step to provide more time for those who have not yet received their payments,” IRS Commissioner Chuck Rettig said in a press release.
The extended deadline is for those who don't normally file their tax returns. This group of people includes millions, many of whom live on limited incomes.
The moot point is how many people have not yet received these payments. According to a recent report by the US Government Audit Office, the IRS and the Treasury Department do not know how many eligible people have yet to receive payments.

The IRS said it sent nearly 9 million checks in September to people who may be eligible for the $ 1200 payment but don't usually file their tax returns.
You can provide your bank account information to receive money via direct transfer, or you can wait until your check is mailed.
One person can receive up to $ 1200 payout. Married couples can receive up to $ 2400. Families with children who are under 2019 by the end of 16 can receive up to $ 500 per child.
