Foreigners can leave the Gaza Strip for Egypt: Israel and Hamas agree
Egypt, Israel and the United States have agreed that foreigners living in the Gaza Strip will be able to travel through the Rafah border crossing into Egypt, a senior Egyptian official said. Writes about this Times of Israel.

Israel agreed to refrain from striking areas through which foreigners would pass on their way out of besieged Palestinian territory, the official said. He noted that Qatar participated in the negotiations, and the participants in the preliminaries received the approval of Palestinian terrorist groups - Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

The agreement does not cover hostages held by Hamas.
A second Egyptian official at the Rafah crossing said they had received instructions to reopen it on October 14 to foreigners arriving from Gaza.
The official said that negotiations on allowing the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza through the crossing have not yet been completed.

Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to brief the media.
