Croatian players donated money earned at the World Cup 2018 to children
The players of the Croatian football team donated all the money earned at the World Cup to Croatian children.
About it on the team page in a social network Facebook wrote head coach Zlatko Dalic.
“All the money that the national team will receive for their performance at the World Championships will be donated to a fund that helps children. This fund will finance the holidays of those children who have never seen the Adriatic Sea. Members of the national team are together with the Croatian people,” he wrote.
He noted that the players intend to help the people of the country to the maximum.
“We will do our best to help people with matters not related to team victories. All Croatian children will have the opportunity to spend at least seven days on the Croatian coast. At least we will be able to provide this to those who need help most,” Dalic noted..
