On a cloudy autumn day it is so nice to wrap yourself in a blanket, settle into a chair and drink an autumn drink that warms the body and soul. That is why we have collected ten recipes for such drinks for you.
Gingerbread Latte
Ingredients: 1 cup of water, 1,5 cups of fine sugar, 2,5 teaspoons of ginger, 0,5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 0,5 teaspoon of vanillin, a small cup of espresso coffee, 1 cup of milk.
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring, then reduce heat and leave on the stove for 15 minutes. Latte is made with foamed milk. But you can simply heat it up without bringing it to a boil, and top the drink with whipped cream.
The easiest way to get frothed milk is to beat it with a blender while it is warm. The fatter the milk, the thicker the foam it will give.
The correct ratio of coffee to milk is 1 to 3. Pour coffee into a mug or glass, then a quarter of the resulting syrup, and finally milk.

Non-alcoholic punch
Ingredients: 2 oranges, 1 apple, 1 lemon, 100 grams of fresh or frozen strawberries, 150 grams of sugar, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 pinch of cardamom, 1 pinch of dried ginger, 400 ml of strong tea.
Cut the fruit into slices and place it together with the berries in an enamel bowl with a lid, add sugar and leave for 30 minutes. Then stir carefully, add spices and pour in hot tea. Cover the container with a lid and leave for 1 hour in a warm place. Then strain and immediately pour into glasses.
Christmas mulled wine
Ingredients: dry red wine, 2 apples, 2 oranges, 200 grams of honey, cinnamon, cloves, anise (star anise), cardamom, nutmeg, ginger - to taste, 1 tablespoon of hibiscus.
Heat the pan. Pour in the hibiscus and spices. Warm the spices a little (do not use ground ones, otherwise the mulled wine will be cloudy). Pour in the wine, add the chopped fruit and honey. Remove from the heat without bringing to a boil. Serve the drink hot with gingerbread.
Butterbeer
Ingredients: 0,5 liters of milk, 0,5 liters of dark beer, 60 grams of sugar, 4 eggs, 4 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick (or one pinch of ground cinnamon).
Mix all ingredients and heat the mixture over low heat until it thickens. Serve immediately in mugs or glasses.
Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients: rum, 75 ml of water, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 5 grams of nutmeg, vanilla extract, cloves and cinnamon - to taste.
Place butter, sugar and spices in a coffee glass. Stir well. Add rum and hot water. Stir again until butter melts. Add vanilla extract.
Egg-legs
Ingredients: 3 eggs, a quarter cup of sugar, half a cup of whiskey, one and a half cups of milk, cream, nutmeg - to taste.
Beat the yolks with sugar until they become lighter, slowly pour in the whiskey, stirring thoroughly. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, then add milk, grated nutmeg, whipped egg whites and cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
Indian masala tea
Ingredients: 4 cardamom seeds, cinnamon stick, 5 black peppercorns, 0,5 teaspoon dry ginger, loose leaf tea, glass of milk, sugar - to taste.
Grind all the spices into a homogeneous mass, add tea leaves, pour in 1/2 cup of water, bring to a boil and, stirring, cook for 1 minute. Add a glass of milk, boil again, sweeten with sugar and cook for another 1 minute. Strain the finished tea through a sieve.
Gzhanets
Ingredients: 1 liter of beer, 2 tablespoons of honey, 10 cloves, 100 ml of raspberry juice or a little less raspberry syrup, cinnamon.
Pour the beer into an enamel saucepan and stir for a few minutes to release the gas. Then put the saucepan on the fire, add all the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil without letting it boil completely. Then pour into beer mugs.
Irish coffee
Ingredients: 40 grams of Irish whiskey, 170 grams of hot coffee, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, whipped cream.
Warm up a glass or mug. To do this, hold the container under a gentle stream of hot water to warm it to room temperature or slightly warmer. Then wipe the container dry, put brown sugar in it, pour in whiskey and hot coffee, leaving a little space on top for whipped cream. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Squeeze or spoon some whipped cream on top. Do not stir: the coffee will stay hot longer under the cream.

Ingredients: 750 ml dry white wine, 1 liter apple juice, 60 ml brandy, 1 red apple, 1 orange.
