In Los Angeles County (California) the process of reviewing your application will take about 8 months; in Miami (Florida) you will need to wait 9 months. And in Newark (New Jersey) it is even longer - 9,5.
Directly in New York City you will have to wait 9 months. In Orlando (Florida) it is 9,5 months, and in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania) it is 8,5 months.
