A one-year-old child died in a heat-trapped car in Florida
The one-year-old boy, Hayden Saint-Sawière from Delray Beach, Florida, died in a car in hot weather.
According to police, the child stayed in a closed BMW in the sun for about two hours, reports Daily Mail.
When law enforcement officers found the baby, he was already conscious. The front door of the car was open, police officers used it to get the boy out of the car. They provided first aid to the child, after which he was taken to hospital. However, the child could not be saved, he died in the intensive care unit.
At the time of the incident, there was at least one adult family member in the house who thought that Hayden was playing with other children in the yard. Before he discovered the loss of the boy, it took about two hours that the child could spend in the car.
It is assumed that the child got into the car on his own, but could not get out, while the police are identifying all the facts of the incident. On the day of the tragedy, the air temperature in Delray Beach was 32 degrees Celsius, according to lifeguard estimates, she could reach 65 degrees Celsius in a locked car.
