'The main thing is to move': Arnold Schwarzenegger has prepared a set of exercises for active self-isolation
Hollywood actor, ex-governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger prepared a set of training exercises for those who are in isolation. This is stated in the video "Voices of America".
“You can do these exercises every other day, they train all muscle groups,” noted the 72-year-old bodybuilder.
Schwarzenegger urges you not to relax and not go on about laziness.
“If an exercise requires 50 reps, you do 50 reps as best you can: 10 sets of 5 reps, 5 sets of 10 reps, 2 sets of 25 reps. As soon as you finish repeating one exercise, move on to the next,” instructs the iron-clad Arnie.

- Advanced - 50 reps
Push-ups between the backs of chairs:
- Beginner - 20 reps
- Advanced - 50 reps

“You can't control the virus, but you can control your fitness. Improvisation is an important thing. The main thing is to move every day. Cycling, push-ups, squats. Fill your bags, find buckets of water. Use light weights so you have some resistance as you exercise,” Arnie says.
