The head of Chechnya allowed to kill the Russian security forces

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, allowed the security forces of the republic to “shoot to kill” the security forces, who are participating in special operations uncoordinated with the republican authorities.

“If, without your knowledge, it appears in your territory, it doesn’t matter whether it’s a Muscovite or a Stavropol’ citizen to open fire, ”Kadyrov said at a special meeting with Chechen security officials.

Kadyrov made it clear that no one has the right to conduct special operations on the territory of Chechnya, which are not coordinated with the republican Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD).

The head of the Chechen Republic was outraged by a special operation by Stavropol security officials in Grozny, which resulted in the death of a certain Dzhambulat Dadaev, who was on the federal wanted list. There was no notification of its conduct to local security agencies, Kadyrov explained.

A representative of the republican administration of the Investigative Committee reported that a criminal case was initiated against the participants of the special operation in Grozny under Article 268 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of power).

On April 19, agencies reported a man killed in the Leninsky district of Grozny. According to law enforcement officers, the deceased tried to ram the police car in his car, and then started shooting. As a result, the man was killed by the response fire of the security forces.

At the same time, the human rights ombudsman in Chechnya, Nurdi Nukhazhiev, argues that during the arrest, Dadaev did not offer any resistance, but, on the contrary, he went towards the security forces with his hands up. Nukhazhiev compared the operation of the siloviki with the “work of the killers” and suggested that they were “well paid”.

The head of the republic instructed the heads of the local Ministry of Internal Affairs to deal with the incident.
